Tonight saw the first ever workout at CrossFit Tameside. We’d originally planned a light introduction to CrossFit, spending some time learning to squat and going over the press up. However, everyone had squatted before and needed little or no adjustment so we scaled up the movement and hit some back squats.
After that we ran through the first workout from the Norcal S & C On-ramp programme subbing situps for body rows.
