This evening’s workout was a modified CrossFit benchmark workout. The workout Angie is normally 100 pullups, pressups, situps and squats and it tends to leave a mark for a couple of days. To allow our athletes, who are all relatively new to CrossFit, to be able to train effectively all week we only did half the normal reps.
