After a heavy deadlift session yesterday we concentrated on skills tonight with technique focused Snatch work followed by a brutal little unilateral dumbell workout.

1 Power Snatch, 1 Snatch Balance, 1 Hang Squat Snatch
then
5 Rounds
5 Turkish Getups (each arm)
5 Overhead Walking Lunge (each arm)
5 DB Snatch (each arm)
