Friday Fun Run

One of  the main differences between training at a CrossFit Gym and a commercial fitness centre or health club is the community and camaraderie that the small group classes develops.  This support might be an encouraging word at just the right time or someone, who has already finished their workout, running along with you to keep you moving.  It is this community that helps you push harder and gets you results faster than you might on your own.
