Cluster’s Last Stand
Today’s workout was chock-ful of lovely clusters. Not the yummy chocolately kind though. The clusters our athletes faced were a tasty squat clean and thruster combo.
Dead(lift) On Arrival
Tonight’s workout was deadlifts followed by a front squat and press ups couplet. Tomorrow the UK CrossFit Community descends on Swansea for the CrossFit Velocity Divided We Fall Team Games. With an eye on next week’s ‘Barbells for Boobs Challenge’ tonight’s workout was an opportunity to practise clean technique. This was followed by some tabata intervals.
