Cleans and Tabata

With an eye on next week’s ‘Barbells for Boobs Challenge’ tonight’s workout was an opportunity to practise clean technique. This was followed by some tabata intervals.

Clean – work up to a heavy single

Tabata – 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 intervals
Pull ups
Burpees
Sit ups
Squats
