Tonight’s workout was deadlifts followed by a front squat and press ups couplet.

Tomorrow the UK CrossFit Community descends on Swansea for the CrossFit Velocity Divided We Fall Team Games. With 212 athletes making up 53 teams, this is the largest event our CrossFit community has seen so far and promises to be an amazing day.
