14th December 2010 – Nice One Jonny!

Jonny got his first kipping pullups tonight! Well done Jonny, it’s great to see all your hard work pay off.

We did a sprint and squats combo first and then dedicated the rest of the session to kipping pullups. We chip away at the kipping pullup from lots of different angles:

  • working on the kipping swing technique
  • practising the push away
  • jumping pull ups with an added kip
  • ring rows/assisted pull ups/deadhang pull ups for strength

Run 200m
30 Squats

On the 3rd Day of CrossFit, my Coach gave to me
3 Split Jerk
2 Push Press
and a barbell to press strictly…
