Jonny got his first kipping pullups tonight! Well done Jonny, it’s great to see all your hard work pay off.
We did a sprint and squats combo first and then dedicated the rest of the session to kipping pullups. We chip away at the kipping pullup from lots of different angles:
- working on the kipping swing technique
- practising the push away
- jumping pull ups with an added kip
- ring rows/assisted pull ups/deadhang pull ups for strength
