There was plenty of cleaning in tonight’s classes but the mops and buckets stayed in the cupboard.

We began with some technique work on the Clean & Jerk.

Work up to a maximum for the complex
2 Cleans & 1 Jerk

Then a short conditioning couplet pairing weightlifting and skill practice whilst under some duress.
