15th February 2011 – Hang Squat Clean

Tonight we worked on the hang squat clean. This is a great full body functional movement but it can be a little tough on the wrists. Check out this article on looking after your wrists from CrossFit HQ mobility guru Kelly Starrett.

This was followed by a 5 minute double under challenge.
