technique - more important than strength in the snatch

Tonight we spent the majority of the session focusing on snatch technique with everyone making great progress in this technical lift

then a very short time priority workout combining a selection of favourite movements.

Work up to a maximum for

1 Snatch

2 Overhead Squat

then

As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes

7 Burpees

7 Box Jumps

7 Dumbbell Thrusters
