Tonight we tackled the latest CrossFit Games Open workout.
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 min
60 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Squat 55/40kg
10 Muscle-ups
For many of our members, this workout was all about the burpees as the prescribed weight for the overhead squat was heavier than their current max, however there was some great PBs in the warm-up and 60 burpees is a pretty good workout on its own. Mark made it all the way to the muscle-ups, an incredible achievement in itself, and had time for 2 muscle up attempts but just couldn’t stick the transition.

Well done everyone, that was a toughie – but a great incentive to work on skills and maybe get the odd pb!
