Tonight’s workout was based on 3 progressively more functional ways to get an object from shoulder height to overhead. Shoulder press, push press and finally split jerk. We finished with 10 minutes of 3 pull ups on the minute.

Toes to bar

Tonight’s workout was another one borrowed from CrossFit New England called ‘Cement Mixer’. Complete it as written and you’ve managed 2.8km and 84 toes to bar in under 21 minutes, tough stuff. Spring cleaning

Tonight we did some Cleaning. Well, it is meant to be Spring. The cleans we did were of the Olympic variety, working on assistance drills and flexibility as necessary to improve technique. This was followed by a short pressing couplet.
