Take a high skill movement, add some high intensity full body movements, a small pinch of enforced rest and time for 3 minutes and you have the recipe for tonight’s workout.

In 3 mins
15 Overhead Squats
Max Rep Box Jump
rest 1 min
In 3 mins
15 Overhead Squats
Max Rep Knees to Elbows
rest 1 min
In 3 mins
15 Overhead Squats
Max Rep Ball Slam
rest 1 min
As many rounds as possible in 8 mins
5 Knees to Elbows
10 Box Jumps
15 Ball Slam

After that we there was some time to play with some of toys we have around the gym.

    Awwww Chris…….didn’t realise you’d snapped me working out on the rings!!!…..Gee, I would’ve thrown in a “crucifix” position if I’d known!!!……(-;)
