Tonight – Some technique work to start with then,a little couplet based around the CrossFit benchmark Elizabeth
After a long warmup focusing on movement quality we spent the first half of tonight’s sessions working up to a maximum turkish getup. This was followed by a nice little triplet combining a front squats, box jumps and pressups
