“I can feel myself getting stronger, it’s a fantastic feeling” – those words from Heather made my day today. Heather got a well deserved personal best on her front squat today and Geoff knocked a whopping 36 seconds off his 500m row time in just 6 weeks. Both PBs are very special to me as Heather and Geoff are my parents.

It was strictly bodyweight tonight as we took the CrossFit benchmark “Angie” and gave it a little twist
