Tonight’s workout was heavy deadlifts with a tabata mashup featuring kettlebell swings and overhead squats to finish.

Our revisiting of the CrossFit Open workouts continued today with 11.3, AMRAP 5 of clean and jerk. Before that we worked on push press triples. There were PBs for everyone in 11.3, Mark got a PB on CrossFit benchmark Diane and Ian got his first muscle up. We also welcomed Wes to the Foundations Course.
