pass throughs - nearly as much fun as burpees

After a longish warm-up and some mobility work we concentrated on clean technique then a little triplet combining weightlifitng, gymnastics and some mono-structural skill work, that’ll be classic CrossFit then.

Clean
work up to a heavy double.
then 3 doubles at 80%
