To kick off the week we revisited a workout from way back in August 2010.
The gains we make through CrossFit training come thick and fast, so it’s sometimes a bit surprising when people are disappointed by their performance in a workout. Every now and again it is worth a quick reminder of just how far you have all come.
Tonight’s workout was one of the first workouts one of our athletes did at CrossFit Tameside. Keep an eye out for some more first workout revisits over the next few weeks.
