In lieu of us being able to offer an open gym at a suitable time for anyone who works during the day, this year, we decided to open up our programming to our members. This gives everyone the opportunity to work on a particular skill or lift and maybe try their hand at putting together a CrossFit workout.

Sam was the first to step up to the plate with this little beauty

5 Rounds
5 Deadlifts
5 Pressups
5 Dumbbell Thrusters
5 Turkish Getups
5 Situps

It will be interesting to hear whether this workout turned out as he expected it to.

If any other members want to programme a workout, a day, several days or even a whole week, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
