In lieu of us being able to offer an open gym at a suitable time for anyone who works during the day, this year, we decided to open up our programming to our members. This gives everyone the opportunity to work on a particular skill or lift and maybe try their hand at putting together a CrossFit workout.
Sam was the first to step up to the plate with this little beauty
