Is there a better way to start your Saturday morning than with some heavy back squats? Well maybe, but it has to be pretty high up the list.
After that there was some time to work on some rowing technique and get a sweat on in preparation for the English Indoor Rowing Championships next month.

Death by Row (2 calorie edition)
on the first minute row 2 cal
on the second minute row 4 cal
on the third minute row 6 cal

continue until you cannot complete the required work within the minute)
