It’s very hard to programme during the CrossFit Open as each week’s workout features unknown movements, time domains and rep schemes. We will do our best to programme such that you can train hard earlier in the week and still be fresh for the Open workout at the weekend.

For those doing the first Open workout tonight there was the option to reduce the number of rounds/go light on today’s workout. For those hitting 12.1 tomorrow we also reduced the number of rounds and intensity.

The first workout from the Reebok CrossFit Open was released last night. As many burpees as you can in 7 minutes. Yay burpees.
We’ll be hitting that one hard at 10am on Saturday morning whether you’re taking part in the Open or not, see you there Tamesiders!
