Firstly we worked on a snatch couplet to improve technique and finished with a short workout that resulted in advanced starfish position – hello intensity!

Technique/Find a max for
1 Snatch Balance
1 Hang Squat Snatch

3 rounds
2 minutes max double unders
2 minutes row for metres
