We ended the month with some 3 minute intervals, and then combined those movements into an 8 minute AMRAP

In 3 minutes, run 400m once then
complete as many Thrusters as possible
Rest 1 minute
In 3 minutes, run 400m once then
complete as many Press Ups as possible
Rest 1 minute
In 3 minutes, run 400m once then
complete as many Kettlebell Swings as possible
Rest 1 minute
AMRAP 8 minutes
5 Thrusters
10 Press Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings
