A good squat is a journey of several years and we regularly take the opportunity to work towards mastering this movement. The first part of the session was spent on squat therapy – I think everyone was surprised just how hard it is working towards a perfect squat.

After this we did a cheeky couplet called Run to the Wall(Ball). Naming credit goes to Mr Steve Simons.
