In tonight’s workout the runs were your active rest between some max efforts on push jerk, jumping lunge and sit ups.

The deadlift was, way back when, known as the ‘health lift’. I feel this name much better represents all the benefits of this multi-joint compound movement. Deadlift 5-5-5 at your designated percentage then 15 Hang Power Cleans 30 Wall Ball 10 Hang Power Cleans 20 Wall Ball 5 Hang Power Cleans 10 Wall Ball
