In contrast to yesterdays relatively slow and heavy deadlift, tonight we went light and fast with some dumbbell and bodyweight movements, oh, and some rowing to ramp up the suck factor

Tonight we concentrated on the overhead squat. This lift is perhaps one of the best tests of balance, flexibility and coordination
