5th March 2011- Charity Workout at CrossFit 3D
Over 40 people ran through the workout ‘Gordon’ raising £331.91 on the day and nearly £400 more online. Sometimes it might seem that word ‘community’ is overused in CrossFit but if you can come up with a better one then I want to know it.
