Getting enough protein at breakfast time can be tricky, especially with the daily rush to get to work or school. The temptation is to grab some toast, cereal or even go without.

If you can tolerate milk, this is a really easy smoothie that, if you prepare it before you go to bed, can be drunk in less time than it takes to make a slice of toast and will keep you full until lunch.
