CrossFit Essentials runs regularly on Saturdays – the next course starts 11th Feb 2012.

Foundations – our 1 week introductory course, booking required
Foundations – our 2 hour introductory session, booking required
Open Gym – a chance to work on skills or do a workout of your choice. Completion of the Foundations Course is required to use our Open Gym sessions.
