All new members must complete either CrossFit Foundations or CrossFit Essentials.
CrossFit Foundations runs for 6 sessions over 2 weeks once every month – the next course starts 8th July 2013
CrossFit Essentials runs for 2 hours as a pre-booked personal training/small group session. Please contact us to arrange your exclusive fast-track to our group classes.
Advance booking is required. Contact us to reserve your place. Pay on the day or pay in advance in our shop.

CrossFit – our group classes where personal training meets bootcamp
CrossFit Kids – BIG fun for kids aged 6-14
Foundations – our 2 week introductory course, booking required
Essentials – our 2 hour introductory session, booking required
BodyShot – our total body conditioning class
Open Gym – a chance to work on skills or do a workout of your choice. Completion of the CrossFit Tameside Foundations or Essentials is required to use our Open Gym sessions.
