CrossFit Foundations starts every Monday – the next course starts 11th June 2012

CrossFit Essentials runs regularly on Saturdays – contact us to find out more. Our next Essentials will run on the 26th May and 30th June 2012

Advance booking is required. Contact us to reserve your place. Pay on the day or pay in advance in our shop.

 

Our Classes

CrossFit – our group classes where personal training meets bootcamp
Foundations – our 2 week introductory course, booking required
Foundations – our 2 hour introductory session, booking required
ZUMBA Fitness® – fun latin dance fitness
Open Gym – a chance to work on skills or do a workout of your choice. Completion of the Foundations Course is required to use our Open Gym sessions.
