CrossFit uses group sessions to get the best out of every individual. The very nature of group activity pushes people harder than if training on their own. You will push yourself and each other harder than you thought possible.
CrossFit is a community and communities support each other. You will laugh together, cry together and grow together. CrossFit is not about being able to lift more or run faster than anyone else. It is about striving to be the best YOU can be and sharing your experience with others.
The group workouts consist of:
- explanation of the workout
- warm up
- running through exercises to be performed
- workout
Thanks to the scalability of CrossFit if you are new to either exercise or the movements being carried out we will scale your workout. Over time, as your technique and fitness improve you can then build up to the prescribed workouts.
