If you’re tired of the treadmill, bored of bicep curls or altogether phobic about the gym you should try CrossFit.
CrossFit is a fitness programme designed around the things you do in the real world. Every day, you bend down and pick things up, you put things over your head, you squat down, you stand up and you run around after your kids.
We prepare you for all that by performing those exact movements in our workouts. We borrow exercises from things like weightlifting, gymnastics, and athletics, and we keep things varied, so your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned.
With most of our workouts you can be in, exercised, showered and out within an hour. Of course if you want to stay and chat we love that too and provide a chill-out area with tea and coffee for just that purpose.
