Five rep bench press followed by a fast couplet of kettlebell swings and ball slams. We saw a new gym record as Andy P benched 130kg for 5, nice one!

Tonight we worked our 5 rep bench press and followed this with a cheeky little AMRAP borrowed from CrossFit New England.
