Tonight we welcomed Mark and Kieran for their first Crossfit workout which was 3 Rounds of… In 5 minutes Run 200m once then as many rounds as possible in the remaining time of 5 Front Squats 10 situps 5 Cleans rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Spring Clean
