We kicked off a new week of training with some heavy push press. This was followed by a couplet of deadlifts and wall ball. The cheeky little couplet at the end is definitely one for the memory banks. Quite a few of you under-estimated this as it seems pretty innocuous written down.
Front squats and running are always a tasty combination. So we combined them into a little barbell complex and kept the weights manageable and the intensity high.
