Tonight the CrossFit classic benchmark ‘Helen’ came ‘out of the hopper’
After a longer than normal weekend break from training we got back into the swing of things with some sprint technique work and then a classic CrossFit benchmark workout
We called this one Mambo Number 5…
The workout tonight was CrossFit benchmark Helen. Three Rounds Run 400m 21 Kettlebell Swings (24kg) 12 Pullups Afterwards we worked on some individual goals or flexibility
Benchmark time! We’re committed to observable, measurable and repeatable results. This is why we ask our athletes to keep a workout log and we keep track of time, weights, reps and rounds. When you complete a workout faster or with more weight you know you’ve improved in at least one of the 10 fitness standards.
Tonight we gave our athletes freedom to choose their own workout.
If you are going through hell keep going. Winston Churchill People who don’t do CrossFit sometimes ask ‘What do you do for Cardio?’. Amongst other things we do Helen.
