On Monday the 26th of March Sergeant Luke Taylor, 33, from Bournemouth was shot dead at the gates of Lashkar Gah main operating base; the British HQ in Helmand, Afghanistan.

It can hard to get going first thing on a Saturday morning particularly when it’s cold, damp and grey. CrossFit Hero workouts are notoriously tough both physically and mentally. This proved to be a rather heinous combination for our athletes this morning but they all pulled through.
