An insight into a typical Sunday evening at our house…
Monday night’s workout is known as “Speal v Khalipa”
Tonight some power cleans which we followed with a fight gone bad style workout.
Tonight we worked on some assisstance drills for the snatch

Tonight we revisited the second heat in this years CrossFit Games open
Tonight saw PB’s and gym records smashed as we worked on snatch and overhead squat technique
To start some work on pullups followed by a little preparation for next week’s Fight Gone Bad IV
Some work on the Front Squat to start things off and then a mini chipper where the intensity just kept increasing
We started tonight with some back squats. We don’t often go for more than 5 reps so there were PBs all round as we went up to 7 reps for a change.
