You many have noticed a few benchmark Girl workouts sprinkled throughout our programming over the last few weeks. We continued with Cindy tonight.
Cindy, sort of. This took the CrossFit benchmark of Cindy and added in an 800m run to be completed at any time as long as it was before the end of the twenty minutes.
The first involved all weighted movements, the second all bodyweight. Which was worse? There’s only one way to find out…
