Tonight we went back to the backsquat and followed it up with a variation on the benchmark workout Angie
There was a distinct gymnastic flavour to the session tonight as, after a gymnastic warm-up, we worked on progressions towards hanging inverted on the rings.
tonight saw us getting in some heavy clean action in a longish time priority workout
